NEW YORK GROOVE:- Spoooky or what? i just posted on this topic last night and when i was finished,i went into the living room to chill, one of my kidz was sat watchin' "idle hands" kinda horror comedy affair, (anyone?) and theres a scene where two young Lurvers are geddin it on in the back of a car prior to attending a fancy dress party,(dressed as Gene and Paul) and they r indeed listening to Frehleys new York Groove !!!! OOOOOOOOOOOOohhhhhhhhh scarrrry.

Chris Norman from Smokie did that horrible duet with SuziQ called "Stumblin' In." As for "Alice," it was considered sort of glam, but a country band covered it and did a bang-up job, I might add.

I've been searching for that Streak-Bang Bang Bullet tune you mentioned, and am having no luck.
That link you posted for the Hello-NYG was pretty cool. I already had that tune, but many interesting tunes on there.....like, the original "We Got the Beat", and I didn't know Tina Turner originally sang that Ace of Base tune.
btw, was Smokie considered glam? Judging by the sound, and look, I would say no, but it seems like I've seen them mentioned in that genre.
"Next Door to Alice" is a great tune. I like the version where all the drunks yell "Alice, Who the Fuck is Alice" in between the chorus. LOL!
